The San Francisco division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation is actively working to locate and recover items stolen from a special agent's vehicle Wednesday evening in Oakland. The incident happened at approximately 8:40 p.m. at the Hegenburger shopping center, located at 8459 Edgewater Dr.
