Cool Friday with showers

Friday will be cooler and there will possibly be bouts of rain showers and even hail in the Bay Area. Another storm with strong wind will hit on Sunday.

Bay Area storm floods roads, brings down trees

The Bay Area was emerging from a storm that flooded roads in San Francisco and Sonoma County while knocking down trees that blocked traffic in the Santa Cruz mountains.

Chance of off-and=on showers

The brunt of the storm has moved through the Bay Area, though there will still be some off-and-on showers on Thursday. Another significant storm could arrive on Sunday.

Cal OES mobilizing emergency crews for storm response

California’s Office of Emergency Services is mobilizing crews around the state in response to the atmospheric river and storms slamming into the area. The idea is to pre-position fire trucks and strike teams, so they’re ready to respond.

North Bay warnings about possible flooding, outages

Napa County's emergency operations staff sent a warning to residents that starting on Wednesday, the coming week of storms could bring flooding, downed trees, and power outages to the North Bay.
