The Powerball jackpot continues to grow after no one won the big prize in the latest drawing.

The winning Powerball numbers for Monday, Aug. 25, 2025, are: 16, 19, 34, 37, 64, Powerball 22.

Big picture view:

Nobody won the big prize in Saturday’s drawing, but two tickets in Georgia and Texas won $1 million prizes after matching all five white balls.

There were also 26 tickets that won $50,000 prizes and five tickets that won $150,000 prizes.

Dig deeper:

In the Double Play drawing, a ticket in Maryland won a $500,000 prize after matching all five black balls. Double Play is a $1 add-on feature that allows players to play their Powerball numbers, again, in a separate drawing for a chance to win up to $10 million. 

What's next:

The next drawing is on Wednesday, Aug. 27, with an estimated jackpot of $815 million before taxes, which could rapidly grow into one of the largest jackpots in history if a winner doesn’t emerge in the next drawing or two. 

Wednesday’s drawing is already lined up to be the 7th largest Powerball jackpot.

The last time the Powerball was won was 37 drawings ago, in California, on May 31, 2025.

Powerball tickets are $2 per play. Tickets are sold in 45 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The overall odds of winning a prize are 1 in 24.9. The odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 292.2 million.
