Victim sustains major injuries after assault with a deadly weapon: UC Berkeley police
BERKELEY, Calif. (KTVU) - UC Berkeley police said someone was assaulted with a deadly weapon early Tuesday, hours before Cal move-in day.
The person sustained major injuries after being attacked just before 2 a.m. in the 2400 block of Channing.
Police did not say what type of weapon was used.
The victim was taken to the hospital. No one is in custody.
