Protesters shouted at Vice President JD Vance and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and other top members of the Trump administration as they visited National Guard troops who have been deployed to the nation's capitol. The president deployed the guard to crackdown on crime and homelessness despite data that shows crime is already at a 30-year-low in Washington D.C.
