A repeat expected for Labor Day Monday before a gradual cool down begins. According to a new report, rents in San Francisco have increased by 11.5% compared to this time last year, with a 1.2% hike in just the past month. The average cost for a two-bedroom rental now exceeds $3,600 per month.

Expect gradual warming into the weekend with highs topping off in the mid 90s over the weekend in the hottest Inland locations. There is a Flash Flood Watch in effect for the Greater Tahoe area from Noon until 10pm tonight.
