A Tsunami Advisory is in effect for the Bay Area following a series of large earthquakes in Russia. Residents along the coast should stay alert for updates. The National Weather says tsunami activity could arrive as early at 12:15AM for the Monterey coastline, 12:40 AM for San Francisco. Stay tuned to KTVU for updates.
