Police are investigating a shooting Wednesday night in San Francisco's Nob Hill neighborhood that left one man with life-threatening injuries.

On April 8, 2016 the body of Nicole Fitts was found buried in McLaren Park by San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department employees. That was three days after Nicole and Arianna were reported missing by family members.

Officers were called to the room on Cyril Magnin Street shortly after 2 p.m. and found the man and woman dead from apparent gunshot wounds.

"These subjects are apparently asking for entry into residences to conduct inspections or searches," police said in a news release. "Neither the CDC nor SFDPH have personnel going door-to-door conducting inspections."

Around 10:25 a.m., officers responded to a report of a bank robbery in the 700 block of Market Street.

Pedestrian seriously injured by car in San Francisco accident

Police were called about 8:27 p.m. Saturday to that intersection on a report of a vehicle collision, said police Officer Robert Rueca. Officers arrived to find a pedestrian with life-threatening injuries. That pedestrian was taken to a local hospital.

SFPD arrests man suspected of attacking two women along waterfront

The attacks happened 15 minutes apart. SFPD said officers went to Pier 19 at 6:55 a.m. after a woman was stabbed by a man who then got away on a bike.
