Oakland, state officials hail success of far-reaching retail theft sting

At two different news conferences, at two cities, Thursday, Oakland and state officials hailed the success of a nine month long sting targeting retail crimes that had been taking place at marijuana dispensaries from Eureka to San Diego. The 22 suspects have been arraigned and bailed out of the Santa Cruz County jail, where half the crimes took place.
