Vandals once again target the planned park area of SF's Great Highway

An area of what was once San Francisco's Great Highway was vandalized over the weekend park officials say. This is the second instance of vandalism this month as an approved controversial park has divided the community.

Union Square transforms into massive garden for Tulip Day celebration

Union Square was transformed into a colorful garden for Tulip Day, with 80,000 tulips on display for attendees to pick their own bouquets, free of charge. The one-day event drew thousands of people, some arriving as early as 6 a.m., to celebrate the arrival of spring and take part in the floral festivities.
