Look closely – it’s not an I Spy picture. In the latest “slow TV” phenomenon, you can watch dozens of Colorado rattlesnakes up close as they come out of winter ready for spring.

A Wind Advisory for the Carquinez Strait and Delta regions is in place until 8p Monday. A Wind Advisory for the interior North Bay and East Bay Hills starts at 9p tonight. Afternoon highs will range from upper 50s at the coast to upper 70s inland.
