Around 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, Caltrans crews reopened all southbound lanes of Highway 101 near Sierra Point. This, after the driver of a 53-foot long truck crashed in the pre-dawn darkness, blocking three lanes and causing damage to nearby Caltrain electrical wires.
