More than 200 people gathered for a somber remembrance Wednesday night for a 13-year-old Dublin girl who vanished walking home from school. It?s been 30 years since Ilene Misheloff went missing. Authorities suspect she was kidnapped. Her parents have never given up hope finding her. KTVU's Azenith Smith reports.

Oakland calls Tuff Sheds a success; first village removed, lease ends
The city's year-long lease with a private developer at 6th and Brush Streets in West Oakland ended this month and the city took away the 20 Tuff Sheds that could temporarily house 40 homeless people at a time. It was the first village of it's kind in the city. KTVU's Rob Roth reports.

Wednesday night's school board meeting in Oakland was disrupted and delayed by two hours when a student protest took over the room. School closures are looming due to a budget deficit. Police in Berkeley say a high number of accidents involving cars striking pedestrians has happened in just the past six days. A couple in Berkeley was hit by a vehicle over the weekend while walking on Martin Luther King Jr. Way. They are now struggling to recover from non-life threatening injuries.
