Starbucks faces lawsuit over 'fruitless' drinks as judge allows case to proceed

A U.S. District judge in New York has given the green light for a lawsuit against Starbucks to proceed. The plaintiffs allege that Starbucks engaged in deceptive marketing practices related to its Starbucks Refresher beverages, which are promoted as fruit-based beverages available at Starbucks outlets.
