An earthquake measuring a magnitude of 2.5 was recorded near San Jose on Monday afternoon.

Two earthquakes of similar strength struck Sonoma County Saturday, according to USGS.

There was an earthquake with a preliminary 3.5 magnitude around 11:18 a.m. Saturday 19 miles north of Sonoma County.

U.S. Geological Survey recorded a magnitude 3.3 earthquake northeast of San Leandro in Oakland Friday evening. 

The National Weather Service on Saturday morning issued a Tsunami Advisory for the Pacific Coast, including Bay Area shorelines, following a large underwater volcanic eruption near the Tonga Islands.

A 6.2-magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of Humboldt County on Monday, bringing significant shaking but likely minimal damage to the sparsely populated area.
