Officers in San Francisco have arrested a man who allegedly shot and killed a victim on Thursday morning in the city's Tenderloin neighborhood, police said.

A 10-year-old Yorkshire Terrier named Leo was stolen from a parked car in San Francisco's North Beach Thursday night, and San Francisco police are asking the public for help in locating him.

San Francisco will be shuttering the mass COVID testing site at piers 30 and 32 on Tuesday and the reason for doing so is a good thing.

The fire broke out around 6:30 a.m. on Level 4 of the domestic/hourly parking garage.

Although the event continues to be free for all attendees, guests must register in advance to reserve a spot for each concert at www.sterngrove.org with initial online reservations opening at 2 p.m.
