Two people were shot in separate freeway shootings just hours apart Tuesday afternoon in the Bay Area, officials with the California Highway Patrol said.
Both Perry-Jones and Smith have been charged with two felony counts of intimidation and criminal recklessnes.
“One was trying to get in the driver’s seat with a gun pointing it at me," said Frank, an Uber driver. "I just kept whacking at the barrel and not letting him."
