A website begun by Bay Area teenagers to connect local businesses with personal protective equipment providers has quickly grown into a nationwide effort to help communities stay safe.

The county facility now has nine positive inmate cases, said to be recovering, the office said.
The number of inmates at Santa Rita has decreased significantly.
Fifty-six more people on Monday were ordered released from the Santa Rita Jail in Dublin in an effort to lower the risk that the coronavirus will spread through the jail, Alameda County court officials said.
The inmate is said to be in stable condition and is recovering in a negative pressure out patient medical unit. Jail staff are monitoring the inmate's conditon around the clock.
And while critics have long been calling for these reforms, many are now questioning the dollar amount and the timing of such a request.
